Volunteer at the conference
ACES relies on member volunteers to accomplish many activities throughout the year, and our national conference is no exception. We are currently seeking volunteers for the days of the conference.
Conference volunteers
Anyone attending the conference who wants to help can volunteer for a shift on the registration desk, merchandise table, silent auction or information desk. Shifts are approximately two hours and run during the day. Silent auction volunteers will be needed to help sort and total items after the auction ends on Friday night. Schedules can be arranged to allow volunteers to attend specific sessions.

Contribute to the website
ACES is always in need of participants to write articles on the conference for copydesk.org and our newsletter. We cover sessions for the conference blog (updated repeatedly during the conference) and for the newsletter.
WE NEED PHOTOGRAPHERS, VIDEOGRAPHERS
If you like to snap pictures or shoot video, we need you, too.
